initial meeting
During the first initial meeting; a fully qualified engineer will work with the client to listen and get a good understanding of their ideas, goals and aim of what they would like to achieve in the design and project.
Our experienced team allow clients flexibility to be creative with their ideas and provide the experience and knowledge to enable any idea to come to life.
This meeting can be held at our office in Timboon, online or at a location to suit the client.
We may ask questions regarding estimated sizes, quantities, scope, materials, budget and timelines of the project. If this information is unknown, our experienced staff can assist by offering suggestions at the research and concept stage of the project.

research
After we have an understanding of the client's project goals, we may do some additional research to ensure we offer the most effective and efficient options to our clients.
We pride ourselves on our high quality standard of work and ensure that all possibilities are explored during the research phase of the project.
concept design
After gaining an understanding of the client's needs; Engineer It will develop a concept design.
Our clients are consultated throughout the entire design process and have an opportunity to provide any additional information and ideas at any stage.
Our engineers can prepare a range of concept designs and solutions to suit clients' individual goals and budget.
At this stage of the project clients are able to get a visual understanding of how the project is progressing.
This is not the final design; changes and new ideas are able to be accommodated to ensure the design meets our client's every need!
final design & strength analysis
Once the concept design is developed and the client is happy with the proposed design, a final design will be prepared.
Engineer It offers a fully qualified Mechanical Engineering service which includes detailed FEA Strength Analysis of all projects to ensure a long useful life and appropriate construction dimensions and materials of each individual project.
The final design will be the design used to manufacture the project.
prototype development & testing
Prototype development is an optional stage of the design process.
If a project is going to be produced on a large scale, a client may opt to have a prototype created.
Prototypes allow any further design enhancements to be recognised after manufacture and prior to multiples of the product being produced.
